munciecommunityschoolsThe students who return to Muncie Community Schools in 2017 will include some of the community’s youngest children thanks to three new preschool classes opening in two elementary schools mid-January.

Superintendent Steven Baule is a strong advocate for early childhood education, believing that preschool education is one way to prepare more youngsters to be kindergarten-ready.  With the three new classrooms opening at Grissom Elementary and Storer Elementary, Muncie Community Schools will be able to offer an additional sixty preschool-aged children in the Muncie community this opportunity for preschool.
