Muncie Community Schools Superintendent, Steven Baule, is a member of a group of superintendents from across the country selected to serve on the EAB K-12 District Superintendent Advisor Roundtable this month in Washington, DC. According to EAB, an organization dedicated to providing peer-tested research to address pressing issues in the field of education, the 25 superintendents participating in the Advisor Roundtable were selected from over 150 superintendents that EAB identified as innovative superintendents: those “who have received awards, successfully piloted innovative programs, and contributed to advancing the profession of district leadership by sharing bold new ideas with peers and others in the sector.”
During this month’s Superintendent Advisor Roundtable, the goal is to identify the most important shared challenges that superintendents face in order to decide whether to create a research program aligned with the needs of school districts.
