Thanks to an anonymous donation, ten MSD Lawrence Township students’ lunch debt is paid and their families can start the week with a clean slate.
Indiana’s urban schools are caring communities and ten students at MSD Lawrence Township are the beneficiaries of one such caring community member. This parent’s act of kindness was made possible because of the “above and beyond” efforts of the school corporation’s food service director, Stephanie Tragesser. Ms. Tragesser responded to the call seeking ways to help students in need by investigating to discover the families most in need of assistance.
