IUSA districts serve almost one-third of all students attending Indiana public schools. These IUSA districts represent almost half of all students in the state who receive subsidized meals (free or reduced-price meals at school), represent more than one-third of all students in the state who receive special education services, and more than sixty percent of all students in the state who are English Language Learners (Data source: 2015 Annual Performance Reports for State and School Corporations.
