Congratulations Debbie Huffine, Guion Creek Middle School teacher in MSD Pike Township.

Ms. Huffine is the 2017 Teachers Treasures Teacher of the Year.  Selected for her ingenuity, creativity, and passion in the classroom she received a $2,500 cash award and a $4,000 American College of Education (ACE) scholarship award.

The program is sponsored by Teachers’ Treasures, the Slaughter Family, and ACE with the cash awards underwritten by the Slaughter Family, and partial scholarships provided by the American College of Education.
