Congratulations to the following teachers from Goshen Community Schools:

Theresa Hussey and Todd Williams – Goshen Middle School

Michelle Eckelbarger, Esmeralda Gutierrez and Tonia Rensberger – Model Elementary School

Dolores Pfenning – Prairie View Elementary School

Corrie Miller and Carrie Markham – West Goshen Elementary School

Goshen Community Schools values the dedication of all its educators who work hard on behalf of the students and families in the school community.  The teachers recognized by the Goshen Board of School Trustees were singled out for their demonstrated success with student achievement. These educators are among those earning the highest “value added score” possible from the Indiana Department of Education for student results on the ISTEP in 2017.  The value added scores are derived from both student growth and proficiency.

Again, congratulations to these teachers and to their students!

This post was created in collaboration with Lori Martin, Executive Assistant to the Superintendent/PR, Goshen Community Schools.

Indiana’s urban schools offer Hoosier students a rich array of programs, services, and opportunities. IUSA appreciates the opportunity to share the stories that demonstrate what the schools have to offer and the many successes their students, faculty and staff achieve.
