Goshen Middle School New Tech students created some unique ice cream flavors last fall during their study of solids, liquids, and gases. As part of the study, students took their recipes and mixes to Rocket Science Ice Cream in Nappanee where, using liquid nitrogen to freeze the ice cream, everyone had a chance to taste their creations.
Now Rocket Science Ice Cream is going to feature these unique flavors – one per month from May through August. Students also get a coupon for one free kid-sized ice cream and are encouraged to visit while their flavor is featured.
