Fort Wayne Community Schools (FWCS) and the United Way of Allen County announced that the FWCS will be one of Indiana’s On-My-Way PreK providers for the upcoming school year.  The partnership opens 16 PreK slots in FWCS, eight at Adams Elementary, and eight at Bloomingdale Elementary.

FWCS has long served its youngest population with a high-quality early childhood program. Each of the District’s pre-K programs is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), with the exception of Bunche, which is accredited by the American Montessori Society. Meeting the rigorous accreditation standards of the national organizations is a recognition of FWCS’ commitment to reaching the highest professional standards in educating our youngest students.
