Evansville Vanderburgh School Corp (EVSC) announced project to completely replace and redesign the track at historic Enlow Stadium at Bosse High School, scheduled to be completed next fall.

In a story posted online, Superintendent David Smith described the stadium as a beautiful landmark and important part of the city’s and Bosse High School’s history.

The stadium originally was constructed in 1926 and has served thousands of students since then. The EVSC Foundation kicked off a Keep Bosse First campaign to raise funds to replace the track and make improvements to the existing structure and new tennis courts.

This post was created in collaboration with Jason Woebkenberg, Chief Communication Officer, Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation.
