The winter edition of the Concord Connection published by Concord Community Schools offers a wealth of information demonstrating some of the many benefits that they (and other Indiana urban schools) have to offer.

Thanks to a partnership between Concord High School and Ivy Tech and other Indiana colleges, college-bound high school students may enroll in dual credit courses helping to save time and money. Some of the dual credit courses are offered tuition free. Juniors and seniors who meet certain prerequisites can enroll in classes for help fast-track their college experience in areas that include:

  • Intro to Engineering Design
  • Principles of Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • United States History
  • French
  • Automotive Collision and Repair
  • Computing Networking
  • Culinary Arts
  • Dental Health Careers
  • CNA Preparation
  • Crime Scene Investigation
  • Veterinary Assisting
  • Graphic Design
