With great pleasure and pride, Eastside Elementary School located in the Anderson Community Schools (ACS) hosted the High Ability Coordinators Conference with approximately 180 high ability coordinators attending from across the state of Indiana. Topics included High Ability programming and the innovative approaches offered to students.
In sharing the information, Amy Todd said that “ACS is proud of its educators and their desire to inspire and lead the children of Anderson!” Thank you to the many professional educators who gave their time to share, brainstorm, and inspire each other.
The Office of High Ability Education at the Indiana Department of Education administers grants that support school corporations in the development of local programs and services for high ability students and provides resources, workshops, and materials suited to the needs of the high ability population.
